Varsity Head Coach Chris D'Amato and staff will lead players through fundamental mastery and advanced techniques, covering the cutting-edge details needed to develop a commanding presence on the diamond.
Our comprehensive training regimen features intensive sessions focused on:
- Proper posture and body mechanics
- Lightning-quick reactions and agility
- Flexibility and range of motion
Players will also elevate their mental game through targeted training in split-second decision-making, flawless glove work, and instinctive positioning.

Youth Velocity Program
We are excited to announce our upcoming Youth Velocity Program, designed for both pitchers and position players (4th–8th Grade) who are serious about taking their throwing velocity to the next level.
This program combines a specialized throwing regimen, core strengthening, and increased body awareness to maximize gains. Players will be tested on Day 1 and the final day to track their progress.
Program Focus Areas:
- Throwing mechanics
- Strength and power
- Speed and agility
- Tidal tanks
- Conditioning (final 20 minutes using med balls, ladders, ropes, hurdles, and jump boxes)
Program Details:
- Dates: Fridays – Oct 30; Nov 6, 13, 20; Dec 4, 11, 18
- Time: 4:30 PM – 6 PM
- Ages: 4th–8th Grade (players will be divided by age group)
- Cost: $519 if you register by Sunday, September 27th
