Each standard membership gives you access to our 70-foot membership cage for 30 minutes per day, for the duration of your membership, during business hours.

Each All-Star membership gives you access to our 70-foot membership cage for one hour per day, for the duration of your membership, during business hours.

EACH MEMBERSHIP GIVES YOU ACCESS TO HACK ATTACK SOFTBALL & BASEBALL MACHINES

All memberships begin on the first day that you use the cage, and last until the same date of the month in which they expire. For example, a three-month membership first used on April 22 will expire on July 22.

Level Up Baseball has the right to cancel your membership without a refund if someone other than you or your immediate family members use your membership.

PLEASE READ

Dear Level Up Members,

Please honor your reserved cage times or cancel them in advance. No-shows and late cancellations limit other members' opportunities to utilize cage time during the busy Fall season.

With 55 members this season, we must strictly enforce our reservation policy. Booking times in advance just to lock them in if you are unsure of your attendance is prohibited.

Please note that a text message, phone call, or email will not excuse you from the cancellation fee.

To ensure fair access for everyone, we are enforcing the No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy effective today:

- Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before your scheduled time.
- Fee: A $25 fee will apply to any no-show or late cancellation.
- Payment: This fee must be paid before your next scheduled appointment. Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of your next reservation at 8:00 AM on the day of your visit.
- Double Bookings: Please review your schedule. If a member has two reservations booked for the same day, both reservations will be canceled.

As a reminder, additional cage times are released every morning, with the majority of the upcoming week's schedule posted on Sunday nights at 9:00 PM. Staffing is scheduled around these open times, so your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
